About Bill

Bill is a resident of the city of Wellington, Kansas where he lives with his wife Diana. They have 3 grown sons, and 4 grand daughters. He is currently the publisher of the Belle Plaine News / Oxford Register / South Haven New Era Newspapers. He and Diana own a Bed and Breakfast in Wellington. He has earned a bachelors degree in business administration and a bachelors degree in business education, then a Masters degree in Special education. He retired after teaching business, computer, and special education classes. He has been a member and has been on the Wellington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Belle Plaine, Oxford, and Arkansas City chambers of Commerce. .He has served on the Board of Directors and as State President of the Kansas Bed & Breakfast Association. He is serving as a Trustee at his church. He has served on his local township board. Bill believes that it is vital to have a strong conservative Republican elected officials, and is running for the Kansas House of Representatives 80th District to send a small business and education advocate back to Topeka.
