In 2017, the Kansas Legislature passed a $1.2 billion retroactive income tax increase in SB30.

Did you, or would you have supported this bill? 

I would not have voted for this bill.

Do you support any proposal to expand our state’s Medicaid program,

known as KanCare, through the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, popularly referred to as Obamacare? (This includes ANY proposal designed to alter KanCare in such a way as to draw down enhanced federal match rate funding through Obamacare.)

I do not support any proposal to expand Medicaid in Kansas through Obamacare.
